How do I register my employees for a course/training programme?
Click here to register your employees.
Registration for a course/training programme can be requested only by employers, not by employees.
My company is not covered by the collective bargaining agreement (CAO) for the insulation sector. Can I nonetheless register for a course/training programme at OOI?
I would like to take a course/training programme, but I am unsure which one is suitable for me.
Our expert teachers can discuss with you which course best suits your needs and requirements. You can contact them by sending an email to email@example.com.
If you take a course that is taught by OOI itself, the reimbursement will be automatically deducted from you regular invoice amount.
If you have arranged a course yourself, please send us the following after the course has ended: a copy of the invoice from the course institute, an attendance list (or the obtained certificate / proof of participation) and a copy of the proof of payment (bank or giro statement). Please send these to us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to: Stichting OOI, t.a.v. Bianca van de Veen, Korenmolenlaan 4, 3447 GG Woerden. We will pay the reimbursement of EUR 70 (or a multiple thereof) into your bank or giro account as soon as possible.
You must submit the application on a quarterly basis. This can be done up to 1 month after each quarter.
For which courses / training programmes will I receive a OOI subsidy?
You will receive a subsidy for all courses taken by your employees, except for courses that concern safety, environment and occupational health and safety (“arbo”). Such courses include, for example, VCA courses, and those on working safely with a telescopic handler, working safely with an aerial working platform, competent asbestos removal specialist, flange installer, and company emergency response services. If you have any questions, please contact Bianca van de Veen by email (email@example.com or telephone 0181 659555).
How many days are covered by the OOI subsidy?
Each calendar year (1 January until 31 December), an insulation company registered with MN is entitled to reimbursement of leave taken to attend training. The number of days covered per year is equal to the number of employees on 1 January of that year. You can apply for a reimbursement for every course taken by one or more of your employees. This reimbursement amounts to EUR 70 per person per course day, subject to a maximum of five days.
